    "I was in a pinch when the Community Based Residential Facility my Dad is in dropped the ball on arranging transportation for my father to get to an appointment with an Oral Surgeon that we had been trying to arrange for months. Here I was finding out with less than 24 hours’ notice desperately trying to find a way to get my Dad there. I called more places than I can count who didn’t care about the bind we were in, and then I called Senior Express. They were totally booked too, but the owner, Brian Kehlnhofer, cared and personally came to pick up my Dad. He was professional, kind, and empathetic and the vehicle he used was safe and new. All for a reasonable cost. His company has a permanent customer in me for as long as my Dad needs transportation… could not have asked for better service!!"
