For private pay rides we accept credit and debit cards as well as offer a cash pay option. Cash payments must be made upon entry into the van.

We recommend calling about a ride 3-4 business days in advance (if possible) to guarantee we can accommodate the ride. Wednesdays are high call volume days.
We do offer reoccurring/subscriptions rides for all our clients. Please reach out to our office to see if we can accommodate reoccurring trips and get you set up as a regular client.
Yes! Our drivers will always be there to assist you into the van as well as into your appointment suite if needed.
Yes! If you have a caregiver or family member that needs to accompany you on a ride that is no problem at all. For more than one escort please reach out to our office for scheduling and pricing.
Yes! Senior Express regularly transports various types of service animals.
Yes! We regularly help transport clients between facilities and can accommodate extra bags. If bringing more than 2 large bags, please reach out to our office for scheduling.
Yes! We can accommodate up to 3 Oxygen tanks.
Yes! Here at Senior Express we understand life is always changing and you may need a ride outside of our typical business hours for day surgeries, dialysis, medical testing and even family events. We do our best to accommodate each client’s needs. Please reach out to our office immediately if you need to inquire about a ride outside of our typical operating hours or on a weekend.
Yes! Senior Express takes pride in offering out of county transport for our clients. Call our office and inquire about a long-distance ride today.
Yes and no. Our drivers can wait up to 15 minutes with a client. If you’re making a quick stop at a pharmacy to grab a prescription our drivers will gladly wait for you. For typical doctor’s appointments we ask our clients to call into the office to let us know when they’re ready for pick up.
We do our best to accommodate same day emergency rides. Please call our office right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate a same day add on.
Currently we do not offer wheelchairs or other medical equipment. Clients must have their own wheelchair and/or scooter.
We understand life happens and you may need to cancel your ride. Please call our office to get the ride cancelled as soon as possible. Same day cancels do have a small fee. If you call after business hours to cancel for the next day there is still a cancellation fee.
We work with many local hospitals and facilities and will do our best to accommodate same day discharges.
After you’re done with your appointment and you do not have a scheduled return ride please call our office at 414-454-8565 and hit #1 for dispatch. Let the dispatcher know you’re ready to go home and we’ll be there within 45 minutes to take you back home.
